Sasha Marie Hutson, 22, of Elko was sentenced by Elko Justice of the Peace Al Kacin to serve 30 days in Elko County Jail suspended two years on condition of attending DUI school, attending a victim-impact panel, completing DUI counseling, abstaining from alcohol and drugs except when prescribed for two years, and receiving no new charges after being found guilty of second-offense DUI.
